Who controlled Adolf Hitler?

Joseph Goebbels was the Nazi Minister of Propaganda and was able to manipulate the media at the time such as radio , film and the print mediums . In doing so he was able to control what the people thought about by presenting information favorable to the Nazi government and influence the way the common German citizen perceived the news and events .
