In this state if your Homeowners will not pay, you do not write a letter to the Attorney General. You write a letter to the Insurance Commissioner.

You list your company, the effective dates, and the policy number.

You describe the problem.

You explain what you have done to try to resolve the problem including names and dates.

You sign the letter and send it.
