It may be appropriate if the intention is not wrong or bad.
( I think it is fun to watch little kids kiss) but if you think you should just go for it. and you might want to ask the person you're trying to kiss cause if they think its inappropriate then I would say no but some say yes so just go with your heart and plus you might want to ask your parents because you're truly not a teen yet either.
