What is the right indication of the engine coolant temperature indicator in a opel vectra 1.6 16V?

Hi, Ive got an Vectra B 2001 and the normal operating temp is around 90F maybe a little higher when pushing it and 85F on highway cruising.. anything more than 95F is not normal. Oh and Im from Trinidad so the temperature is hot.
