How do you answer unit 7 NVQ level 3 customer service?

This really isn't sufficient information to supply a sensible answer, if things are not clear why not ask your assessor or someone in the library that probably has more experience of dealing with people. NVQs are about your own experiences and how you deal with the situations that arise, if you have insufficient knowledge or opportunity then perhaps you are on the wrong course.
