How do you remove the wheels on a 2003 Chevy Silverado?

the same way you would change the wheels on any other vehicle. place a jack in the appropriate position, either along the frame or under the axle. before jacking the wheel completely off the ground, loosen each lug nut 1/2 turn w/an appropriate wrench. then jack the wheel the rest of the way off the ground and finish loosening all lug nuts. once the lugs are off the wheel will come off. installation is the opposite of above. just be sure that if the wheels are aluminum that you torque the lugs properly or risk warping them and possible damage to the axle bearings/seals.
