Does Hypochlorous acid kill bed bugs?

No. Hypochlorous acid is natural oxidant to fight invading pathogens inside the body. It is a weak unstable acid that breaks down quickly so it can not be reproduced and used outside the body. It will kill various bacteria but not BedBugs.
