Can Louisiana pull up your driving record from Texas?

Sure they can. In my insurance office I can pull up drivers records in any State in teh Country with most of them being instantly. The longest of any is the next morning but the Police don't have to wait because they have immediate access to all States. I have to go through a third party vendor and pay a fee to pull records.
