No, but you tend to only get a sea breeze when outside so you can get the suntan from the Sun. Tanning is the result of a chemical reaction producing mellon amongst other things which occurs in the lower epidermis of your skin only in the event of exposure to UV rays. Mellon is what gives you your tan.
