You are currently rebuilding your 350 Chevy engine you are in process of priming and cannot get oil to the right side of rocker arm?

In order to get oil on the RHS, you need a priming tool that has two collars, one for the top at the intake, and one for the bottom at the lifter valley. Without the bottom collar, pressure will not build on the RHS. If there is still no oil flow, check for blockages in the relevant pathways.
