Where can you buy carbon?

Carbon comes in a lot of forms. The easiest form of pure carbon to get is graphite, which they sell at every hardware store next to the key machine. Photographer's Formulary (www.photoformulary.com) has pure Carbon Black for $8.95 per pound if you want it that way.
