What is the difference between Fables to proverbs?

a Proverb is a wise saying. Its entire content is to express a truism.

eg. Ask not for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee.

A fable is a story, it has a plot and characters, a crisis and a resolution -- but most importantly to be a fable it must have talking animals.

and in answer to the question above (its what we do here. We just can't help ourselves sometimes.) You could research the question on the internet or do it old school and crack open a book.
