What is the obsession teens have with wearing diapers?

It's called AB/DL, and it is mostly innocent fun. For some it's just the secure feeling they get when wearing a diaper. For others it can be a turn on. But don't fear it has nothing to do with being a child molester or anything like that. It's just they feel comfortable and secure about wearing a diaper and they actually enjoy it. All in all there are many worse things teens could be doing than wearing diapers.
