How did Jesus descend to Hell?

first of all, he didnt go to hell... but how does anyone go... noone knows. A: This belief is from Roman Catholic teachings, mainly the 'Apostles Creed', where it says, "He decended into hell and rose again on the third day." It is not biblical.
