How is tradition a hindrance to the modern development?

if we see the traditions with the backwor supertitous thinking then they are the solid hibdrence in the way of development..........................but men has never loved something permantly then why traditions? change is the contant only thing in the life..............................but its very tough job to change the tradition afterall they are given to us from our fore fathers..............................one more thing if we say that they are the hindrence and must br finished then the points come that we are NT so special that the traditions should b finished........our fore fathers have also spended their lifes in the limits of tradition...........this is my view..............thanx
