How can people feel and and ghosts?

if your a Leo (your sign) it says you are open minded and can see things others cant, and can feel the presence of things, my mother is a Leo, and she has seen a ghost before.

Some people just see them, mainly people who aren't afraid of them or have spiritual bond with those who are deceased. Sometimes people are just born more sensitive to things like that.
