What kind of gun did Fan ya kaplan used to kill Lenin?

Fanya Kaplan used a Browning pistol to attempt to assassinate Vladimir Lenin on August 30, 1918. She fired several shots at him, wounding Lenin but failing to kill him. Kaplan's attack was motivated by her opposition to the Bolshevik regime. Subsequently, she was captured and executed for her actions.
