What does he mean when he says you're the best?

maybe he likes dudes b/c they say if a guys best friend is a girl then he's.... not straight...... If it's a random guy who just walks up to you and says you're his friend, it means he's just being stupid. If an aquataince that you know well says your his friend, then you probally are.
