Male lions weigh between 330 and 570 lbs and are 8' 6" to 11' 7" long, including the tail.

Female lions (lionesses) are between 264 and 400 lbs and are 6' 6" to 9' 2" long including the tail.

The tail length of a lion is slightly more than half of the length of the head and torso.
