What will happen when a baby is born with 'heart with hole' condition?

Holes in the outer walls are generally fatal.

Holes in the inner walls cause blood to flow in various wrong directions. (This causes murmurs.) The results vary from minor and inconsequential to life-threatening. Most are amenable to surgery.
