Network marketing has a huge failure rate. To be a successful network marketer you should first have a passion for the product or service that you are getting involved with, brand yourself as an expert in that field, and go to work doing the right things and learning from the right people. Network marketing is a very simple concept that for whatever reason, people seem to struggle with. I can sum it up by saying - Find the right product/service for you and find a great mentor.

Nothing in life is free. While the barriers to entry in network marketing are low the competition is high = low profits. If you want to make real money be prepared to spend the equivalent of a college level education in time and money to get the knowledge and tools needed so you can recognize opportunities and begin putting together your own offers and programs. Also, don't chase every new thing that comes along. Remember that by the time a new "system" is being released to the public all the real profits are gone. You have to find your own system or opportunity to make any real money. The gurus find ways to make a lot of money and quietly rake in literally millions. When everyone starts finding out about their "System" they create a training program and sell it to us as something new. sometimes these will make you real money, but the majority of the time they are worth about what you are paying for them. If you pay 5K for an insider conference this is were you will earn the tips that can make you a decent living, but you have to come up with the cost of the seminar first and there is no guarantee you are going to make anything. You still need to be at the point where you can implement what they are telling you. If you are not willing to put in a bunch of all nighters putting together your own product then you may want to look for something else. If you can find a mentor that will give you a look behind the curtain this is also how you can make some real money, but if they are selling it just remember what I said. Just saying. May be helpful.
