How can you report a US Army soldier to his superior?

If you know the unit to which the soldier belongs, call the post at which he serves, ask for the number to that unit, and ask to speak to the unit Commanding Officer.

If you do not, and you are reporting a crime, call the Post MP's or local police and report it.
