Why does it snow on other countries?

Snow occurs in countries with colder climates, particularly during winter months, when temperatures drop below freezing. Moisture in the atmosphere condenses and falls as snowflakes when the air is cold enough to support this process. Geographic factors such as elevation, proximity to bodies of water, and prevailing wind patterns also influence snowfall.
