When a licensee's personal name is used in an advertisement what must appear?

This is a state specific question. However, it is likely that your state licensing law requires that your company name and/or [supervising] broker's name also appear in the ad. One reason is to alert the public that you are acting as a real estate agent, and not as an individual owner/seller.
