Why does everyone adopt a low opinion of mr darcy?

Initially, people adopt a low opinion of Mr. Darcy because of his aloof and haughty demeanor, which comes across as arrogant and dismissive. However, as the story progresses, it becomes evident that his character is more complex and that he is capable of growth and change.
