What gender discrimination?

The straight forward answer to this is that discriminating against a person because of their sex fits the question. In some circles the question relates to simple "What is sex discrimination?"

Now in the past few years society is faced with people who openly say they are not sure of their "gender" or their "sex". They do not consider themselves necessarily as "Gay", they simply aren't sure. If these people are discriminated against, it is also gender discrimination.
