How do you stop someone from spreading rumors about you?

Personally, CONFRONT THEM! Ask them what you ever did to them and ask them how would they feel if you went around telling every one you hooked up with *. Then get really sad then when they are on the phone, hang up. Then they will tell u why and they will stop. ! XOXO!
