A form of transportation that burns fuel to move?

Any vehicle that uses a combustable engine. Jet airplanes, and most cars and tucks are good examples.

Train locomotives, and nuclear air craft carriers do not burn fuel to move. They burn fuel and convert and store the energy. But they do not use the energy produced from burning fuel to directly power their movement.
