Why steem do not send to the boiler insuded of condenser?

In a typical steam system, steam is directed to the condenser instead of the boiler to remove heat and condense it back into water for reuse. Sending steam to the boiler would be inefficient, as it would require additional energy to convert the water back into steam again.
