I would like to Request for transfer to other vessel upon our arrival in Iraq , on November 20xx

I believe that i cannot be able to cope p with the standards of my girl like immediate officer. He's a perfectionist even his a girl like that a little deviation of his deviation of his instruction angers him/her and threatens me always of insubordination.. With the 1 months that i worked with him/her, I had always been criticized with my work and at times, this was done when there were other crew listening. For this, I had always been the center of ridicule and embarrassment as the third ranking officer on board, I also wanted my subordinates to develop respect and confidence in me, but the situation would not warrant it. I wish i could be more patient but i am afraid of losing control and might matuberate that him/her.

I hope my request will be affected immediately.
