What airlines will allow a 13 year old to fly alone?

Yes. My cousin's son has travelled alone several times and I believe he just turned 13 two months ago. I BELIEVE there are very strict rules about how minors are dropped off / picked up, etc., but they can fly alone. You should call your airline to validate the rules.
