How do you say your age in Medieval Times?

Same way you do today, but most people didn't know their age. People connected events like weddings and birthdays to big events and if they didn't have an event to connect to they usually didn't know a date or age. If you were part of the nobility you would say it in French, but everyone else used a form of English.
