Does a 16 foot box truck require a CDL?

It would require a CDL if:

1. The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is more than 26,000 lbs.
2. It is carrying a quantity of hazardous materials which requires the display of placards, no matter what the GVWR is.
3. It is a bus designed to transport more than 15 persons (including the driver), no matter what the GVWR is.
