Chaining a pet and calling it yours and making yourself its master is always cruel. Just ask the black people, theyll tell you that it is always cruel no matter what.

The fact that you condone the chaining and enslaving of poor animals at all makes me think you obviously join this 100% percent of animal owners who abuse their pets. Heartless!
