If you are 4 10 are you considered a legal midget?

I don't like the Word midget, which is why I got suspended from Yahoo answers. :(

I'd like it if you didn't use the Word 'midget'. People find that rude. I no like the 'M' Word you just used. The 'M' Word is NOT a bad Word, but this is a really really really mean Word. It's not a very kind Word.

I'd use the Word 'person of very very small stature'--NO because you have to be 4'8" or shorter to be considered a person of very very small stature. You ARE NOT a person of very very small stature, because you're taller than 4'8".

You are just petite. There's nothing wrong with being short! I'm 12 1/2 years old girl and I wish I was your size! It's no fun being normal-sized....
