Took plan b in April and in may and June you just spotted now this month July have not had your period at all can this mean you are pregnant?

It could...the only way to tell is to take an hpt, or better yet, go to your doctor and tell them what happened...they'll be able to test or give you provera to induce your period if you're not pregnant. Plan b isn't 100% effective, so if you've been regular up and to this point, I would go get checked out...good luck!
