If a pet rabbit makes a loud whistle sound What is wrong?

It depends what sound . if its is running around honking it means it is happy . If it is stil and honking and its body jerks as it does so it usually means it is calling for a mate. It doesnt matter and they stop the second noise if you give them attention.
