Can an organization be totally free of political behavior?

No organization can be entirely free of political behavior, as politics often arise from human interactions and the dynamics of power and influence. Individuals within an organization have differing interests, goals, and relationships, which naturally lead to political behavior as they navigate those complexities. Even in well-structured environments, informal networks and alliances can form, further embedding politics into the organizational culture. Therefore, while organizations can strive to minimize harmful political behavior, complete elimination is unlikely.
