Why do certain people see ghosts?

Some people are more sensitive to paranormal activity. Yet we must always remember that any sighting must be proven as such before we can call it a ghost. Remember just a while ago every orb in a picture taken was seen as a spirit, we know better, and most not all are in fact dust.
