Does 4 stroke dirt bike have power band?

Most dirt bikes use carburettors (until about this year), they regulate how much fuel and air the engine gets. The more of this it gets the more power it makes. When you apply the throttle, it increases the amount of fuel and air allowed into the engine. A power band is the interaction between the amount of throttle you apply and the amount of power the engine makes, different bikes make very different powerbands.
