What are the duties and responsibilities of a cat officer?

Cat society is very complicated. Unlike our democracy cats have a kind of aristocratic rule with several king-pins. Different cat police enforcers (the derogatory term is officer) have different jobs depending on which king pin they work under. Mostly the all of the Cats are in charge of the very serious illegal cat-nip problem. Most of the Cat's are out patrolling the streets to keeping the highly addicting cat-nip off the streets and out of the hands of young kitties. There is also the highly illegal and brutal mouse fighting ring that the Cats are currently trying to crack down on, this ring is run by Mr. Bigglesworth. These two areas are the main focus of the Cat police enforcers; however, they also deal with milk, fish (like tuna), and other forms of cat addicts. Hope this helps.
