No. Amazon gift cards are only good for purchases made off of the official Amazon online store and the same can be said for Target gift cards only being able to be used within any local Target retail store. You can purchase Amazon gift cards at Target to use at Amazon.com, but that gift card will not work for purchasing anything at Target.
