How do you use spray in GTA San Andreas PC?

drive your car into a paint'n'spray (spray can on the map) and you will :

1. lose your wanted level,

2. repair your car,

and 3. get a new paint job.

but i also believe that you can add detail to the paint job by going to the wrench on the map.
