It depends on what part of Jordan you're talking about. In general, though, it is of the colder countries in the Middle East. In Amman the capital (in my area which is relatively high), in winter, we have an average of 5-7 degrees Celsius at day, and 1-3 degrees Celsius at night.
In the midst of summer though it can get hot. Average of 30 degrees C in Amman. The weather is pleasant at night (average of 18-19 degrees C) and even colder in my area since it is higher in elevation.
It does snow in Amman a couple of times a year. The snow sticks for 2-3 weeks each few years. Aqaba (in the south) is hotter than the rest majority of Jordan if you're wondering.
