How do you remove tail light assembly 2006 Scion TC to change tail light?

there is a dyi on the net, but bumper removal will be necessary, 2 bolts top of bumper in the rear cargo area 2 plastic bolts under rear section of bumper 2 plastic bolts under each corner of bumper 2 long screws by rear wheels going to top of bumper, then pull off
