It is very hard to find in the United States itself but some Foreign companies (ie BEMA SIMA etca) sell them for Adults who can't swim for the US companies Some of the Swimmies or Water Wings advertises Like Poolmaster, Aqua Liesure Swim School the 4 years to 8 years would work form what i hear and I also hear that the Swimmies that is 6 to 12 years would work.
