yes and no... it depends what you mean by 'exist' hotmail robots are computer generated programs designed to answer your question based on specific Word stimulants and combinations. They're fun to talk to but are often spammers so be careful which ones you are adding. so yes.. there are such things as hotmail robots: smarterchild@hotmail.com or spleak@hotmail.com for example, but no... they are not real robots who sit at a computer all day talking to thousands of people at once and typing so fast you can't even blink before they've replied. hope that helps
