Are Iraqi people nice

Most Iraqis are nice people, but Iraqis tend to be very tribal, which provokes political and economic conflicts on a national scale. It is because of this tribalism that they are violent, not because they are horrible individuals. On a personal level, most Iraqis are quite hospitable and friendly.
