Can you breed mew with Ditto?

No. However, Mew and Ditto are rumored to be the same Pokemon. Due to the same color scheme (including shiny), same weight, the only two Pokemon to learn transform, and (albeit temporary on Ditto's behalf) both can learn any move. Previous to Manaphy, no legendary could breed, and no genderless Pokemon could either.
