Does BestBuy often have laptops on sale?

Best Buy does sell HP laptop computers. I would recommend for first time buyers that you go into the actual store and have the salespeople explain the laptop's features to you. For experienced buyers, however, I would recommend going to some website like Newegg for better deals.
